Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do ship internationally. Please note however that due to customs procedures in different countries, shipping times can vary between 10-15 business days (This does not include weekends and bank holidays).

How do I know if my order has been received?

After placing an order with Xtal Boutique you will be sent a confirmation by email to acknowledge that we have received your order. Please allow up to 3 working days for your order to be processed. You will then be sent another email to confirm that your item has been dispatched. 

Orders with multiple items

When you place an order which includes more than one item please be aware that we may dispatch them independently based on availability therefore, you may receive one item before the other. 

How do I cancel or change an order?

Xtal Boutique is unable to make any changes to an order once it has been placed so if any changes need to be made the only option would be to cancel the order. However, to cancel an order you must notify us within 1 hour of the order being placed. Contact us at info@xtalboutique.com

How long will it take for my parcel to arrive?

It will usually take between 10-15 business days to arrive once the order has been dispatched (This does not include weekends and bank holidays). This applies international orders see shipping policy for U.K. orders. Please be mindful that during holiday seasons there may be slight delays.
