UK Shipping:

Royal Mail (Signed For) Standard Delivery: (1-3 working days) Proof of postage and Royal Mail Delivery only!

EVRI Standard Delivery: (1-3 Working days) Most secure with tracking information provided.

***Please be aware order processing can take up to 3 working days (weekdays only) and delivery itself may be delayed due to COVID-19.

International Shipping:

International (Standard) Delivery (10-15 working days) £0.00

It will usually take between 10-15 business days to arrive once the order has been dispatched (This does not include weekends or national holidays). This applies to international orders as items have to pass through customs. Please be mindful that during holiday seasons there may be slight delays. If the time frame has been exceeded please contact us directly info@xtalboutique.com where we will assist you with your order.

International (Tracked + Signed) Delivery (5-7 working days) £7.99 

This service is highly secure with tracking from dispatch all the way through to delivery.

Refunds

Earrings fall within hygiene parameters and as such we do not accept exchanges or returns unless an item is faulty.

If an attempt at delivery was made and a customer does not collect their parcels via the methods stated by the courier and as a result of the 21-30 days collection window has been exhausted, please note the parcel will be returned to us here in the UK.

Refunds in circumstances such as these will not be compensated due to the fault of return lying with the customer. Please keep an eye on the tracking movements of your parcel to avoid this happening.

It takes approximately 5-10 working days for refunds to be credited back to your bank.
